Introducing Jannah Digby to the KEEN team

KEEN are excited to welcome Jannah Digby as Employment Field Manager with a particular focus on supporting industry partners on the North West Coast with more apprentices and a flexible, skilled workforce. She brings with her just over a decade of industry experience in employment services and labour hire.

As a side note she absolutely loves reptiles, especially snakes and crocodiles as well as exploring abandoned & remote places in Tasmania.

Why did Jannah come to KEEN?

In Jannah's own words...

"Being a very proud and passionate Tasmanian, one of the main things that attracted me to KEEN Partners is that we are a 100% Tasmanian company, and we're owned by industry leaders. It feels great to be part of something that's going to directly impact on local community growth! I love the SIGMA values too, which are Safety, Integrity, Growth, Multiformity and Accountability. This type of culture resonates well with me."

"I’m looking forward to what I do best, and that is building positive relationships in the local community. I really enjoy developing strong relationships with employers, assisting them to build fantastic teams. At KEEN we get to help and support both the host and the employee throughout the whole process. I can’t wait to work with people to achieve their training goals too, whether that be through an apprenticeship or traineeship. I feel like I have the best of both worlds here at KEEN because I get to work in both the labour hire space and as a group training organisation."

Welcome Jannah!
