KEEN Partners - Host/Client Referral Rewards Program
Rewards
· $1,000 for any new host that meets the minimum of having at least one KEEN Partners employee placed in their business for a minimum of 130 working days over a nine-month period.
· $1,500 for any new host with a professional role (salaried at 100k plus per annum) and having at least one KEEN Partners employee placed in their business for a minimum of 130 working days over a nine-month period.
· A job-related training course of your choice to the value of $1,000 or $1,500 depending on the category of the new employee (standard or professional). After having at least one KEEN Partners employee placed in their business for a minimum of 130 working days over a nine-month period.
· PPE or tools to the value of $1,000 or $1,500 depending on the category of the new employee (standard or professional). After having at least one KEEN Partners employee placed in their business for a minimum of 130 working days over a nine-month period.
· Reward of $1,000 or $1,500 depending on the category of the new employee (standard or professional) to be taken off host’s KEEN Partners invoice after having at
least one KEEN Partners employee placed in their business for a minimum of 130 working days over a nine-month period.
· Rewards will be paid on a pro-rata basis if placement ends before the 130 days if assessed by KEEN Partners to be a result of ‘unforeseen circumstances/events’.
Eligibility for Rewards
1. Referred hosts must apply through our ‘Contact’ button on our website and list the current KEEN Partners host in the additional information box that has referred them to KEEN Partners.
2. Referred host must be new to KEEN partners and have at least one KEEN Partners employee placed in their business for a minimum of 130 working days over a nine-month period.
3. Non-KEEN Business partners who refer hosts are eligible to receive 50% of a reward of their choice below if the ‘Eligibility for Rewards’ criteria is met.
4. Referrals for hosts with professional roles (salaried at 100k plus per annum) will be eligible for $1500 if they have at least one KEEN Partners employee placed in their business for a minimum of 130 working days over a nine-month period.
5. Only one reward can be claimed for each referral that meets the minimum of having at least one KEEN Partners employee placed in their business for a minimum of 130 working days over a nine-month period.
6. Reward will be paid in the month after the requirements have been met.

· $500 for any standard employee that meets the minimum working days required over a nine-month period.
· $1,000 for any new professional employee (salaried at 100k plus per annum) that meets the minimum working days required over a nine-month period.
Eligibility for Rewards
1. Referred employee must apply through website nominating which KEEN Partners employee referred them for the role.
2. Referred employee must be a new KEEN Partners employee and working with KEEN Partners for a minimum of 130 working days over a nine-month period.
3. Non-KEEN Partners employees who refer employees are eligible to receive 50% of the rewards if the ‘Eligibility for Rewards’ criteria is met.
4. Referrals for professional roles (salaried at 100k plus per annum) will be eligible for $1000 if any new employee meets the minimum working days required over a nine-month period.
5. Only one reward can be claimed for each referral that meets the minimum working days requirements.
6. Reward will be paid in the month after the requirements have been met.
7. Employment agencies, Recruitment Agencies, Schools are not eligible to receive rewards.
