KEEN’s Flexible Workforce supports George Town Council

Gavin Barrett, Works Coordinator | George Town Council

Business is tough when you don't have access to work-ready, skilled labour. KEEN is designed to solve that challenge by providing capable and flexible employees to fill the gaps.

Gavin coordinates road maintenance, parks and reserves, and waste for the George Town municipality so there’s no time to waste for employees that don’t have the right skill sets of a strong work ethic. KEEN’s interview process works through this to ensure the trainees and skilled workforce provided have been up to the job.

"They really take on board what it is that we're after and where we want to go. Even finding the right RTO's for the courses we wish to put our people through takes the hassle out of it for us. It just makes life so much easier." - Gavin Barrett, Works Coordinator at the George Town Council.

If you have the need, we’ll provide the workforce.

In addition to providing a capable and flexible workforce, KEEN is also a group training organisation with the ability to deliver traineeships and apprenticeships within our five stage continuous learning approach.

For the Industry Partner, this is a great opportunity to have a keen worker within your business while a KEEN Area Manager takes care of their growth, their training and the paperwork!
